Paul Blagbrough MBE
With 33 years of military service, including 27 within a specialist unit, Paul Blagbrough MBE possesses an operator's deep and intuitive understanding of what customers truly require. This firsthand perspective is why he excels at leading teams to deliver complex projects—such as weaponised UAS—in months, not years. Paul combines this experience with an unrivalled network and a mastery of the mechanisms needed to deliver the right solution for any requirement. Driven by a personal commitment, with family currently serving, his mission is to ensure today’s operators receive exceptional solutions at the pace of relevance
Craig Fisher MBE
In a domain often constrained by traditional procurement, Craig Fisher MBE has consistently shattered the status quo, setting a new precedent for how Defence can adopt technology at the pace of relevance. Drawing on 22 years in the Royal Air Force, including 12 within the Special User community, he combines deep operational insight with an expert’s grasp of technology, policy, and regulation. This unique blend of experience is the driving force behind his track record of delivering more than 37 Defence 'Firsts' for the UK and its allies.
